Description
This bangle is iro urushi (Japanese layered lacquer; Urushi is the sap from a staghorn sumac tree). Still, it has also been called camo bakelite or even Fordite (layers of oversprayed automotive paint).
- Hard to find tall-walled tube-shaped camo bakelite bangle tan with reddish brown, mauvy pink, and pale butterscotch measures 7/16″ wide with a small 2 3/8″ wrist and 3/8″ wall height.
